Preliminary Schedule Search

The link below will allow you to view the classes currently on your schedule for next year. Please read this entire message, because there are important things you need to know before you view your schedule or start requesting changes and additions. 

First: Don't panic.
If you aren't able to completely fix any problems with your schedule, that's okay. Counselors will be working on schedules when they return from
summer break and can fix any big problems then. (On that note, please don't try to meet with your counselor right now about next year's schedule; there will be time for that before school starts next year.)
 

Other things you should know:

  • Classes are not in order: You will find out your class period and teacher when you pick up your iPad in the fall. 

  • Classes may change: We will try to keep things the same, but changes can always happen.

  • Empty Periods: If you see a green button, that means you have an empty period. This is probably because your choices were full or it could be that you didn’t select enough courses during forecasting. 

    • If you see a green button, you can click it to see which classes have open spaces that period. 

    • Make sure to complete the course change request form so we know your preferences. 

 

Requesting Course Changes

  • Empty Periods: If you see a green button, click it to find out what courses are available that period.

    • On the google form, follow the directions and enter the Course Name and Course Number exactly as it appears. 

  • Change a Class: Use this Google Form to request a change to up to three of your assigned courses. We decide whether to make changes based on:

    • Priority 1: Missing a required course you need to graduate or are in the wrong class because of an error.

    • Priority 2: You’re changing your graduation plan and want to change your course based on your college or career goals.

    • Priority 3: You were placed in a class you don’t want to take anymore. 

  • We can’t change your whole schedule: 

    • You can request up to three course changes. 

    • Check the academic planning guide to make sure you meet the prerequisites for your course change. 

    • For priority 2 and 3 changes, you will need to provide a written explanation for your request. Please be as specific and detailed as possible.
